Javier & Stephanie Calva are the new owners transforming old Cafe Cancun building into a happening place with enthusiasm for service, food, and a fresh take on authentic Mexican food experience.

While new to ownership, they are not new to the business! Javier is from Puebla, Mexico. He has worked at La Cabana in Helen, GA since 2006. He still is, and will remain, manager there. Stephanie will be your host at Javi's. She moved to Cleveland from Germany in 2006 working in local food service. She met Javi working at Cafe Cancun in 2012 where the two fell in love!

Today the two are living the American dream, through consistent hard work and dedication to food service, this year they had the opportunity to purchase their very own restaurant and have enthusiastically transformed it into Javi's Mexican Grill & Tavern.
